OVPRS offers training opportunities to the University research community. Please view the events calendar for upcoming classes and check this page regularly to explore additional training materials. Registration for upcoming training events is through ULearn.

The University of Miami (UM) Research Resources Expo 2024 will take place March 12th and 14th, 2024.  The Expo will start on the Medical campus on Tuesday, March 13, 2024. The Expo will continue on Thursday, March 13, 2024, on the Gables campus.
IBISResearch is the University of Miami's Grants and Agreements management system. Within this webpage you will find many resources such as; the top five things a PI needs to know, job aids and user guides, events and trainings, administrator resources and more.

The RAU Curriculum consists of practices and principles of research administration and includes mandatory courses required for all research administrative professionals at the University of Miami as well as many elective courses. The training program is for all staff members whose work supports sponsored projects.

VPRS Administrative Update, Monday, September 11th, from 1:00p.m. to 1:45p.m., in-person at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (BPEI), Jose Berrocal Auditorium, 2nd floor. Afterwards is an administrative research symposium with concurrent sessions. Registration must be done in advance for the concurrent sessions.
