Pre-Award

The Pre Award Team is responsible for assisting with the review, approval and submission of sponsored proposals, as well as the creation, negotiation and execution of contracts/subcontracts. We create Medicare Coverage Analysis and review and negotiate clinical budgets. Pre Award handles confidentiality agreements and inbound material transfer agreements. We serve as a liaison with sponsors, Jackson, VA and other entities. We also provide support for other interactions with UM sponsors.
