The Pre-Award Team assists its researchers with their applications, clinical budgets and contracts which often lead to Breakthrough Research.

The Pre Award Team is responsible for assisting with the review, approval and submission of sponsored proposals, as well as the creation, negotiation and execution of contracts/subcontracts. We create Medicare Coverage Analysis and review and negotiate clinical budgets. Pre Award handles confidentiality agreements and inbound material transfer agreements. We serve as a liaison with sponsors, Jackson, VA and other entities.  We also provide support for other interactions with UM sponsors.
