Contracts

A contract is a legal instrument that is used to reflect a relationship between two or more parties.  ORA assists with contracts where the principal purpose of the transaction is to support research in areas of scientific interest, to further scientific knowledge, or to achieve a specific research goal.  Our contracting team is here to create, review, negotiate and execute contracts and subawards. We are also available to assist with any questions or concerns.
